That huge and glorious jewel I often miss,
It used to be in some heavenly part of the universe,
Full of goodness, peace and bliss-
People named it as the Earth.
There were wars, demons and hatred;
Poor Earth was forced between heaven and hell instead,
Falling deep down-It cried as a reluctant kid,
But all great words of wisdom seemed so unspoken and unread.
Now my poor Earth lies halfway between good and evil,
So who can judge who has come from which side,
Half of us can love, the other half can kill;
But no one looks or behaves alike.
And there’s a fire left by the bad,
Which originates in every evil heart,
Sometimes it makes me feel so sad,
As people like me don’t even discover from the start.
That no matter what-
The fire will always do what it should,
By traveling up to the devil’s different parts,
And it is meant to only affect the good,
By breaking their pure and innocent hearts.
The powerful flames might take the same form-if they reach the face,
And mask an angel above the devil for the sake of fun,
To play a disastrous game or to just have a taste-
Of an unfelt holy emotion.
Even worse if the flames reach the tongue-
As then they can travel out so far,
And if they reach an angel’s heart that’s happy and fit,
Making it unstable, they create a deep incurable scar;
Brutally injecting every burnt word into it.
And worst if they reach the mind,
They betray, cheat and hurt;
That is when-we the kind,
Come to realize their burning thirst.
I believe that the fire shall destroy every good heart very soon,
Only demons would exist and each curse would replace every boon.
And so it is time for the tragic shift again,
For now in hell my poor Earth is about to fall,
Here comes the time of great sorrow and pain,
Which will destroy the lives of all.
Till then I will always want to shed some tears,
It might help to blow out the fire in the devils near.
